PROTECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOODS
For 40 years, Lillian Brock Flemming has served the residents of District 2 as a strong,
constant, and determined voice for the people; protecting neighborhoods by
fighting for Economic Empowerment, making Criminal Justice Reform a priority,
Homeownership, and insisting upon the equitable inclusion of all, for the highest
of life that Greenville has to offer. She continues that work today by focusing on
neighbors and neighborhoods and the issues that impact everyone,
the seen and the unseen, living in Greenville.

Homeownership
People need help to purchase affordable homes in the neighborhoods where they grew up.

Economic Empowerment
Building small businesses within threatened neighborhoods provides investment and job opportunities.
Criminal Justice Reform
Everyone should be treated with dignity, and former offenders should be offered participation in Second Chance programs that allow them to turn their lives around.
One Greenville
Over the past 40 years, Lillian has fought for more than $187 million dollars to build 2500 workforce and affordable housing units in the City.
